WCo. Hwy. 35 off St. Hwy 166, six miles east of Cooperstown

Winter Program

February 19th    A Brief History of Hyde Hall (1817 - 1835) by John Bower
3:00 p.m.          Location: The Middlefield Town Hall - on County Route 36 just off Co. Hwy 166
                         This program is Open to All - Light Refreshments will be offered.
                         John is the Marketing Manager at Hyde Hall and a board member of the TMHA.    
                         Has a deep interest in historical homes on both sides of the Atlantic.
                         The presentation will also feature restoration work at the Historical Mansion.

July 5th - Annual Meeting
  6:30 p.m.

Annual meeting of the Town of Middlefield Historical Association. Election of officers will take place.
Location: Old istrict No 1 Schoolhouse, County Highway 35, Middlefield, NY
All TMHA members are invited. 

July 9 - 44th  Middlefield Community Day
9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

44th Annual community festival including Worship service, live music. Details to follow,

This event features our Marketplace - Vendors including:  crafts, local produce, and historical associations from the area.  There will be plenty of food and live music. 

The District #1 Schoolhouse will be open to unveil TMHA's newest exhibits.

October 1 - Middlefield 12th Annual Fall Festival & Craft Show
10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Community Festival featuring crafts, seasonal products, historical displays,
children’s activities and ghost stories, Women's suffrage, Pumpkin Painting and much more.

The District #1 Schoolhouse will be open to unveil TMHA's newest exhibits.

December 3 - Christmas at the Schoolhouse.
1 - 4 p.m.

Caroling, cookie walk, music and a visit from Santa and Ms. Claus. Enjoy horse drawn rides from Town hall to the schoolhouse. Admission for the program is a can of food to benefit the local food pantry.
